Brad Willie

Brad Willie is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Most recently, Brad served as Director of National Accounts at Neurocrine Biosciences, which followed a distinguished 24-year career at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where he held progressive leadership roles across sales, strategy, and management.

Beyond his corporate career, Brad is deeply committed to youth development and community leadership. He served as a founding Board Member and Vice President of Johnston Urbandale Soccer Club (JUSC) and Sporting Iowa Soccer. He also dedicates time to mentoring young adults in financial literacy and early-stage money management.

Brad joined Just One Goal as a founding Board Member out of a conviction that every young person deserves equitable access to organized sports. By removing financial barriers, he aims to ensure all children have the opportunity to develop the five core attributes fostered by Just One Goal: Leadership, Teamwork, Discipline, Resilience, and Confidence. Through the shared commitment of the organization’s volunteers and partners, Brad is dedicated to preparing the next generation for a successful future.
